We aim to ensure satisfaction with every HTB purchase. Please review our refund terms below:

Digital Products & Memberships

• Due to the nature of digital content, memberships and downloadable products are non-refundable once accessed
• If you experience technical issues, please contact support within 7 days for assistance

Physical Products & Course Kits

• Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging
• If your system was purchased from HTB or an approved partner, shipping for returns may be covered
• If you arranged your own courier, returns are at your own risk

Refund Timing

• Yoco card payments:
  • Same-day refunds are instant if processed before 7pm
  • Refunds after 7pm or next-day may take 5–7 working days
• Payflex refunds:
  • Processed via Payflex’s system and may take up to 10 working days
• Bob Pay EFT refunds:
  • Must be requested via email with proof of payment and affidavit
  • Refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on seller account status
