Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Prepare & Print Your Design
    • Mirror your design before printing
    • Print on sublimation paper using sublimation ink
    • Import cut file or design into your cutting software
  2. Transfer to Vinyl
    • Place sublimation vinyl face up on heat press
    • Align printed sublimation paper face down on vinyl
    • Cover with silicon paper or Teflon sheet
    • Press at 190°C for 40 seconds with light pressure
    • Carefully remove sublimation paper after pressing
  3. Cut Your Design
