Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Remove the Waste Ink Pads

    • If no spare pads: empty the casing and temporarily replace sponges with cotton wool or kitchen towel
  2. Download WIC Reset Tool

    • Save and install the .exe file on your PC

  4. Install and Launch WIC Reset
    • Open the program
    • Select your printer from the list
  5. Reset the Waste Ink Pad Counter
    • Click “Reset Waste Ink Pad Counter”

    • Follow on-screen prompts to turn your printer off and on
  6. Done!
    • Your printer should now be reset and ready to use
