- Cotton wool or kitchen towel (if replacing pads)

Step-by-Step Instructions

- If no spare pads: empty the casing and temporarily replace sponges with cotton wool or kitchen towel
- Download WIC Reset Tool
- Visit: Download WIC Reset
- Save and install the
.exefile on your PC
- Purchase a Reset Key
- Visit: Buy Key
- This is a secure, one-time purchase
- Install and Launch WIC Reset
- Open the program
- Select your printer from the list
- Reset the Waste Ink Pad Counter
- Click “Reset Waste Ink Pad Counter”
- Enter your purchased reset key
- Click OK to begin the reset process
- Follow on-screen prompts to turn your printer off and on
- Done!
- Your printer should now be reset and ready to use
