During the software installation, the printer will automatically begin the ink priming process.
The printer will make a series of noises (whirring, clunking) for an extended period. This is completely normal.
DO NOT TURN OFF, RESTART, OR UNPLUG THE PRINTER during this process, even if it seems like nothing is happening. Interrupting the priming will prevent the ink from loading correctly.
The entire process can take up to 20 minutes. Be patient.
Wait until the installation software on your computer screen explicitly says “Setup is complete” or “Printer is ready to print.” The power light on the printer will also stop flashing and become solid.
If your printer is successfully installed and charged, you can proceed to the next section. However, if you encounter any error messages, please manually charge your printer by following the instructions provided below.
